PRICES
Prices are listed in Canadian funds. When you place your order, your invoice will reflect the amount in your native currency.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Credit Payment can be made with Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We provide a secure SSL session to protect your privacy including credit card information.
- If you would rather not use your credit card online from your home computer, you can have your order processed by calling a customer service representative at 1-866-574-6886
SHIPPING
- Free shipping only in Canada is provided on all orders over $85
- Shipping charge of $8.29 to $9,95 in Canada on all other orders
- All orders will be sent by Canada Post
- All orders will arrive within 1-3 business days.
- Once your order is processed during hours of operation, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Your order can be tracked at www.canadapost.ca
- We are currently able to accept and ship orders outside of Canada. But we don't offer free shipping on those orders. Delivery in Canada/USA and Worldwide.
* Shipments that require extra shipping charges levied by Canada Post may not qualify for free shipping. This is a rare occurrence and applies to shipments of excessive weight or those arriving to extremely rural areas.
DELIVERY PROMISE
All orders are normally shipped to the delivery address that you supplied within 24 hours of receipt. If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason or has a longer delivery time, then you will be notified of the revised shipping date and given the opportunity to cancel your order.
SECURE SHOPPING
Our online ordering service is hosted on a secure server so you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment. Once our order has been processed, the details are permanently removed from the web site.
PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process your orders and keep you up to date on new products and special promotions. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given us. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.
RETURNS
We accept the return of all items only if they are returned within 30 days of receipt at home and they must be in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of the postage or shipping to return the goods.
CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be in writing and e-mailed within 18 hours of placing your order.
ERRORS and OMISSIONS
Edge cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions contained within this web site.
REFUNDS
Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once approved, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item less delivery charges.
